Heaven-Pathways-Earth is a metaphysical store in which we offer a variety of items for purchase and provides a variety of holistic and ministry services. The store is owned and operated by Reverend Dr. Sheryl T. Martin. Sheryl is a psychic medium, dream interpreter, reiki master, spiritual counselor, intuitive, life coach, and empath who provides higher guidance through her connection with spirit. She has talked to spirit since she was 9 years old, when her father visited her, after passing away. Sheryl has a doctoral degree in Holistic Theology and is ordained as an Interfaith Minister, which simply means that she believes in the connection of all people and of all religions. Sheryl welcomes and honors all people and is proud to serve the LGBTQIAP+ community. Heaven-Pathways-Earth produces the San Marcos and Wimberley Metaphysical and Holistic Fairs.
What is Holistic Theology Studies?
Holistic Theology Studies consists of the exploration of logic, ethics, moral self-discipline, and the homeostatic balance of mind, body, and spirit. Typically, holistic theology studies embark on God's divine law and its effects on the human race. Holistic theology studies embraces philosophies that bridge the gaps between the laws of nature and the being as a whole, as well as how the divine mind interacts with matter. Overall, by integrating metaphysics and the explanation of soul, spirit, and the physical body, holistic theology studies uses religious, yet psychological applications to explore the wholeness and separateness of the whole nature of 'living being.
What is an Interfaith Minister?
An ordained Interfaith Minister honors and respects the religions of the world and the chosen spiritual paths of individuals. Interfaith Ministers have an underlying belief and knowledge in the connection between all religions and knowledge that Interfaith Ministers see to promote inner healing and harmony within diverse communities.
CODE OF ETHICS:
Each minister agrees to conduct themselves in a professional manner, to abide by the following code of ethics, and will uphold the right of all people to worship according to the dictates of their own conscience.
•I agree to provide ceremonies and services to individuals of all faiths and to treat all people with the utmost respect. I will not discriminate against any person on the basis of race/ethnicity, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, or age.
•I agree to work to bring joy to people during times of celebration, to bring strength, understanding, and comfort to those who have suffered a loss of a loved one, and to provide guidance to those who have simply lost their way and need spiritual counseling.
•I affirm the right of individuals to speak freely about their beliefs and faith, to survey other belief options, and to make their own decisions in freedom without judgment.
•In order to foster an atmosphere of religious tolerance I discourage any behaviors that seek to promote one religion by demeaning another. I will refrain from imposing doctrinal position or spiritual practice on others.
•I respect the sacred relationship held between a minister and client and will act professionally, honestly, and with care. I will maintain confidentiality and privacy of my clients, except where it is necessary to prevent harm or required by state law.
•I will maintain a professional relationship by maintaining healthy boundaries and refraining from sexual relationships, harassment, exploitation, or advances towards fellow ministers, clients, or other individuals. I will not enter into any emotional, financial, or sexual relationship with my clients.
•I will truthfully represent my professional qualifications, education, and affiliations.
•I will continue my own personal spiritual growth.
•I will strive to conduct myself in a manner to be a role model for others within my community. I will refrain from using any substances that will alter my ability to think rationally and effect my ability to perform my duties.
•I will seek guidance and if needed refer my clients to other professionals as needed to handle any situations which might be beyond my knowledge and educational abilities to handle.
